- Cancellations must be done three weeks in advance of stay or you lose your deposit and you will be charged for entire reserved stay - no exceptions
- If you cancel your reservation 3 weeks before your scheduled arrival, then we will issue a refund less a $25 service charge
- $20 per pet fee applies. Call to get approval and book cabin if bringing a pet
