All venue rental rates include the following amenities:

• Access to outdoor areas on 20 acres property

• Soda Fountain with Coke products
• Commercial Ice Machine
• Refrigerator, Stove, Barbecue Grill, Microwave, and Coffee Pot
• 2 six foot folding tables, 1 eight foot folding table
• Outdoor sound system: CD player, AUX connection, and Radio

• "An Enchanting Friday Wedding" - - $1800 (plus 9.5% tax)
  This includes:
  • Availability to the venue from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on Friday
  • Honeymoon Cabin Rental on Friday evening
  
  
• "An Enchanting Saturday Wedding" - - $2800 (plus 9.5% tax)
  This includes:
  • Availability to the venue from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on Saturday
  • Honeymoon Cabin Rental on Saturday evening
  
  
• "An Enchanting Sunday Wedding" - - $1800 (plus 9.5% tax)
  This includes:
  • Availability to the venue from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on Sunday
  • Honeymoon Cabin Rental on Sunday evening
  • Note: This package is used for Holidays that fall on Monday through Thursday
  
  
• "An Enchanting Weekday Event by the Hour " - - $600 for first 3 hours - $100 per additional hour (plus 8.5% tax) - minimum three hours
  This includes availability to the wedding venue for events Monday through Thursday (not available on Holidays).

To reserve your date, a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation payment of 50% of the total rental fee, plus 9.5% sales tax is required. The NON-REFUNDABLE remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to event. If remaining balance is not paid in full at that time the event will be assumed canceled, and the venue will be made available for other events to book. For non-holiday weekday events, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $600.00 is due at time of booking.

All payments are final and NON-REFUNDABLE.

We welcome you to come out and see the facilities. All site visits must be arranged in advance - Saturday and Sunday morning's between 9:00 am and 10:00 am are the preferred time for site visits. To schedule your visit today, please call 501-330-2182.

The downstairs floor of lodge can be used as a back up in case of inclement weather. Also, there is a covered 24 X 24 foot Patio Area. You may consider renting a tent if you are concerned with weather conditions.

An Enchanting Evening does not supply food or beverage service at the events and you are allowed to cater the event as you wish. Because of the proximity of the swimming "pond" to the wedding venue, we try to limit the amount of glassware and china used outdoors. Please limit glass used outdoors to glass flutes (one each) for the traditional wedding party toast at the reception, glass containers provided by the caterer for serving food, and glass center pieces for the table.

The use of alcoholic beverages is allowed. Alcohol may be served, but not sold. An Enchanting Evening, LLC accepts no liability for the actions of the group or its guests at alcohol related events.

An outdoor Sound System with a CD player, AUX connection, and Radio is available for use. If there happens to be other guests on the premises, then the party needs to be respectful of the other visitors. You are welcomed to have a band or musical instruments play at your event.

Smoking is not permitted inside any of the buildings on the premises. There are ashtrays available for use outside, and please encourage your guests to be responsible and use the provided ashtrays. An Enchanting Evening is a natural environment and improperly discarding cigarettes can lead to fires.

If the property is not left clean and litter-free as determined by An Enchanting Evening, LLC an additional $400 clean-up fee will be assessed.

With the exception of guide, signal, service dogs, or dogs used as part of the ceremony, An Enchanting Evening expressly prohibts animals, birds, reptiles, or any other species being brought to the property without prior written approval from An Enchanting Evening. There are no pets allowed at the Honeymoon Cabin without previous approval.

An Enchanting Evening will have no liability to lessee because of failure to perform any of their obligations under this Rental Agreement or delay in supplying any service to be supplied under this Rental Agreement if the failure is due to reasons beyond the venue's reasonable control, including, without limitations, inclimate weather, acts of God, accidents, and power failures.
